Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy focused on achieving substantial growth and expansion.
 - Establish and lead BD team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in achieving set targets.
 - Identify and establish a robust sales pipeline by actively seeking out potential clients and nurturing existing relationships.
 - Cultivate and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is prioritized.
 - Utilize financial acumen and techniques to optimize sales revenue and enhance overall financial performance.
 - Monitor and analyze sales progress regularly, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and making data-driven decisions to drive success.
 - Drive promotional efforts to effectively showcase the company's products or services to prospective clients and markets.
 
Requirements:
- 7+ years of proven work experience in effectively managing relationships with major corporations or big companies.
 - Demonstrated strong connections within the supply chain industry or relevant sectors.
 - A track record of driving sales growth and achieving impressive results.
 - Experienced in Corporate Financing or Business Development.
 - Experienced in managing sales or marketing teams.
 - Impressive executive presence and communication abilities.
 - Experienced in participating in the growth of a startup is a plus.
 - Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential.
